Friday April 4th

Jessica 6:04 AM There are several volunteer spots not taken.

• 10-03 was scheduled to begin on Sat on the website, but called into MWD to begin on Friday.
• Emails went out to all members, including updated start times.
• Resa and Victoria called the majority of irrigators on 10-03
• Rescheduling the start times caused the Volunteers to be reset.
• Restored many of the missing Volunteers; however, didn't restore all because the duties times would be different.

• The head of ditch 5 at 9 is in need of a repair.
  • We are up at gate nine and five. Gate nine has a lot of water still moving through it. It is not sealing good at all. We tried raising it up and cleaning it out and it still is not sealing.

• Got a call from Romo wanted to know if he would get a credit
  • Credited Romo 1-hour - $9.00 for water shortage

Marcy Squires 4:18 PM

• I have called MWD, head is too high.
• At 4:15 both gates 10.1 and 10.3 running 120 inch head
• It's all fine now Chase just left.

• Got water running down Glendale. Ditch 5 and a ditch west of 183rd
  • Marcy closed gate 4 so water on Glendale should stop.

Russell - 8:18 PM

• Russell wanted to know where her water was she supposed to get it at 7:30 I called Mark is going to check it out
  • Marcy Squires talked to him, he will get an hour credit.
  • Russell - 1 hour water Credited - mistaken instructions on Volunteer sheet
  • Update instructions to include Closing ditch 4 on 10-01 Start

Britt 9:30 PM

• Walker leaked about 5-6 lots down 4.
  • He and his neighbor were out fixing gopher holes that popped up after irrigation started.

Saturday 4/05

• Please ask Romo to trim back the prickly pear, cactus. That side of the ditch has the wider walking path or should.
• Nolan and Demars weeds letter needed.
• Schneider? citrus tree - courtesy letter to him also and ask him to check on his citrus trees possibly overhanging the walking path.
• The gravel is very thick in the bottom of ditch 9.
• Johnnson that grass that is going down into the ditch on the right hand side.

• Blow out on 6 while doing crossover
  • Leonards port was either clogged and/or its because his 1st port was half open.
  • Rene Trahan: That’s at least a second time that property has had an issue now and flooded out. I was told Crowe was the one that had horses over there and was running the Irrigation.

Tuesday 4/08

• Somebody off of ditch four blew a berm on the front of their property - it’s wet out on 183rd south of Orangewood
  • Foisy was the only one that could have lost water. Nobody south of that house got any irrigation so that water did some traveling.
