1.         Call Meeting to Order: Robert Rules Statement

2.         Review & Approve Previous Meeting Minutes

            A. Approve minutes for January, February, March, April

3.         Financial Reports

            A. Account Balances & Expenses

            B. CDs – Reinvesting; we have received and will be reinvesting quickly

            C. Judy – overview on updating financial records

4.         Admin/Manager Updates & Reports

            Housekeeping items; re-vote Board members, ratification of Member input placement and meeting protocols,

Introduce Emily

A. New Members, if any

            B. Pending Sales, if any

5.         Irrigation Report: by Resa or Britt

            A.  Irrigation violation; mandatory classes – starting with anyone who has an irrigation violation. 1st offense is a

                        warning letter, 2nd offense is a restriction with an irrigation class, 3rd offense is a fine/restriction, and so on.

            B.   Gopher reminder

              C.  Reminder of volunteer opportunities

6.         Old Business

            A. Speed Bump Painting; 7 ½ are finished, 8 ½ yet to complete (as of 5/11/26)

7.         New Business

            A.  Amended Rules and Regs- vote; New RR changes; 1. leasing lots contact the Board, 2. ADU/casita verbiage,

                        3. $300 irrigation deposit starting with new members.

            B. Speed bumps - increasing the height of our speed bumps, possibly adding more speed bumps

            C. Annual Operating budget and budget projects for next 5 years (ditches, roads, speedbumps, etc)

            D. Establish Reserve Fund

8.            Belmontez Equestrian Estates CC&R Revision; request to eliminate the Commercial Restriction from

the Belmontez Parcel

9.            Member Input
