- B. Pending Sales: 7321 N 183rd Ave sale & 7624 N Citrus Rd pending sale
- C. Restitution Liens — judge has to sign
- D. 2nd Vactor proposal from Pro-Pip
- E. Vote on ditch repair (LCM or Bonafide)
- F. Vote to purchase office supplies, paint & caulk (for expansion joints) and cement for ditch cracks
- Irrigation Report:
- A. Irrigation violation; mandatory classes – starting with anyone who has an irrigation violation. 1st offense is a warning letter, 2nd offense is a restriction with an irrigation class, 3rd offense is a fine/restriction, and so on. Violations have email notifications; the letter is coming. Phone calls are given for emergencies needing prompt attention.
- B. Ditch 3 damage notification - we are seeking legal counsel on how to hold owner responsible
- C. Reminder of volunteer opportunities

- B. CDs – Reinvesting; we have received and are looking into reinvesting options

Belmontez Equestrian Estates CC&R Revision; request to eliminate the Commercial Restriction from the Belmontez Parcel
Statement from Attorney “On June 6, 2026, the Association received an email confirming that Belmontez is not moving forward with making the property commercial at this time. The Board withdrew Belmontez’ 05-05-26 CCR’s Amendment – Belmontez v1.1.doc at this time. The Board considers this matter closed and will take no further action in this matter.”
